Purchase Terms

You terminal purchase comes with a one year warranty. Terminal prices include tax, UPS 2nd Day shipping, programming fees and warranty. You may cancel credit card processing service with notice at any time without early termination penalty. Check processing is a month-to-month agreement. Gift card processing requires a one year contract. Please read agreement terms for more information.

Terminal Purchase Warranty

One year limited warranty covers manufacturers defects. Damage from dropping, spillage, and lighting strikes are not covered under this warranty.

Emergency Replacement Service

We understand that merchants require a quick response when their terminal equipment malfunctions, so we developed the Emergency Replacement program. We retrieve your broken device and swap it for a replacement unit that comes with a one year warranty from our inventory. The cost of the emergency replacement for integrated terminal/printer models is $185 and includes UPS 2nd day delivery. For single unit individual terminal or printer units the cost is $135 including UPS 2nd day delivery. Overnight delivery at your request is available for additional expense. We will bill your merchant account. If your equipment is currently under warranty with us, you will only be charged if you fail to return your broken unit.

Once the replacement unit arrives, place your swap in the box and return it to us within 5 business days. If you decide not to return your broken unit, you will be billed for the cost of the replacement at the current system price listed at the time on BankCardTerminals.com.
